Cancellation & Return
Pbooks belives in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Return Policy. If you want to cancel or return an order please notify us at the earliest using our Contact Form, quoting your order number or by logging in to your account. Our support team will help you to sort out the issue.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order before it get shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you want to cancel an order after shipping, you have to wait till the packet reaches you. Once the order get delivered, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receiving the
shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping
costs.
RETURN
If you receive a book that is
damaged/ defective or receive a wrong book, feel free to contact
Customer Care. The defective book will be recalled and a replacement
will be shipped immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same with Pbooks.
If a replacement is not possible, you can go for refund.
REFUND
Refund can be made in two modes.
1. As store credit in your account with Pbooks. This can be used to make payment in your next purchase. This is our default refund mode. Payments made through Money Order, Money Transfer, Demand Draft and Cheques will be refunded only through this mode.
2. Back to Source. Money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Customers who used our digital payment gateway can request refund through this mode.
Once
you request cancellation or return books, Pbooks will complete the
cancellation and initiate the refund within 3 days, depending on your
refund preference.
